The Transportation Security Administration is warning airlines about a new type of threat to commercial flights – surgically implanted explosives. New intelligence from the US Department of Homeland Security has found that terrorist groups are showing increasing interest in concealing plastic explosives under the skin. According to the TSA, the threat could mean more intense screening measures for international passengers arriving in the US
