Hmm.. this is what I have read on mtv.co.uk. Apparently Lady wants to have her boobs enhanced because she loves fake boobs. Lady Gaga is known for showing her real boobs in see through tops. It may be just a rumor, but according to the report she told to a waitress with fake breasts:

“I love your boobs! Are they real? I really want to get implants too, I love false boobs.”

well’s see if this is just a celebs gossip or it will happen
