India on fast track to becoming most-populated nation

According to the US Census Bureau, India will be the world’s most heavily populated country by the year 2050, surpassing China around the year 2025. Meanwhile the US is projected to hold it’s place in third, with numbers jumping from 308 million to 423 million. Look for the biggest increases to happen in Africa, with some countries doubling and even tripling in numbers!

Zynga, the makers of Farmville and other popular Facebook games is going public. The wildly successful company is expected to file for its initial public offering pretty much any minute and it’s seeking a valuation of between 15 and 20 BILLION dollars. Zynga’s expected to make 630 million this year, a substantial increase over 2010.

Private equity firm wants to be Go Daddy’s daddy

The worlds largest domain registration company, Go Daddy, best known for its racy Super Bowl commercials, is on the block and the price tag is nothing to laugh at. Private equity firms KKR & Co. and Silver Lake Partners are nearing a deal to buy Go Daddy for somewhere between 2 and 2-point-5 BILLION dollars.

Final touches being put on GTA 5 for 2012 release

According to sources, the final touches are being put on Grand Theft Auto 5. Developers have finished the heavy lifting and are taking care of some minor details, like the mini-games. Grand Theft Auto 5 is rumoured to be aiming at a 2012 release, and is rumored to take place back in Vice City.
