French Prosecutors Begin DSK Rape Investigation

French prosecutors have started a preliminary investigation into attempted rape allegations against former IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn. Novelist Tristane Banon claims he tried to rape her during an interview in 2003. Strauss-Kahn has said that he would sue Banon for making false statements. He’s been fighting similar charges in New York.
